The alternative to hiring a content team: the repetitive daily work is executed by the system, not by people. One brand, nine stages, every day.
SOCIADEX OS runs nine stages of content operations — research, strategy, ideas, writing, production, scheduling, publishing, analytics, evaluation — as one automated workflow, with human review before anything goes live.
Keeping a channel alive is a full-time job.
Every day needs topic research, strategy, ideas, copy, visuals, a schedule, one-by-one uploads, and then reading the numbers. Most brands stop in week three — not because they cannot do it, but because nobody can repeat it every single day.
Scattered research
Market signals live in many places, and nothing collects or organises them.
Repeated production
Copy and assets are rebuilt for every channel, even though the pattern is nearly the same.
Data that never returns
Reach numbers rarely turn into decisions. What worked last week simply disappears.
Four steps, then it runs on its own.
If you only have one minute to understand this system, read this part. The full detail is in the nine stages below.
We learn your brand
Niche, audience, competitors, and the limits on what must not be discussed. This is what keeps the content from reading as generic.
You approve the direction
Content pillars, tone of voice, and publishing rhythm. Nothing goes live before you approve this.
The system prepares the content
Research, ideas, copy, and visuals are prepared daily, then checked by the quality gate before entering the queue.
It publishes, then learns
Content goes live in its scheduled slot. Performance data returns to feed the next cycle.
Nine stages, one workflow.
The output of each stage becomes the input of the next. This week's run becomes next week's material — that is what separates it from a posting scheduler.
Research
Maps audience, competitors, and relevant topics in the brand's niche.
Strategy
Sets content pillars, tone of voice, and a publishing rhythm that is realistic to sustain.
Content ideas
Builds a list of ideas with different angles — not the same theme repeated.
Writing
Writes copy per platform, following how people actually read on that channel.
Production
Prepares supporting visuals at fixed sizes for each channel.
Scheduling
Places every piece into a publishing slot between 07:00 and 19:36 WIB.
Publishing
Publishes through official platform APIs, with no manual upload at airtime.
Analytics
Pulls reach and engagement for each piece back into the system.
Evaluation
Adjusts the next round based on what actually worked.
What you can verify yourself.
The numbers below come from the system we operate. These are system metrics, not popularity metrics — and we do not state anything before it happens.
Examples of system output.
Each piece below was selected by the system at the idea stage, written at the writing stage, and published into a scheduled slot without manual uploading. Publication dates are shown.
"when did you last wash the bottle on your desk?" — an example where the copy carries its own source.
View the post →"the neighbour's kid is eight. that bottle has been with him since kindergarten." — a story angle chosen by the system.

Claude is not decoration on this page. There are two decision points in the workflow already running on it.
Quality gate before publication
Every draft is checked before entering the publishing queue. The gate rejects claims that cannot be defended: guaranteed health or financial outcomes, statistics without a source, invented urgency, and false identity claims. Casual language, slang, and small typos are not grounds for rejection — if they were, nothing would ever pass.
Candidate scoring before writing
Material entering the research stage is scored before it moves to writing — niche relevance, angle strength, and whether the source holds up. Weak candidates are dropped before they consume production time.
Who it is for.
It suits businesses that need a daily social presence but do not have a full-time content team.
Brands & small businesses
Whose product is running, but whose content stops whenever the owner gets busy.
Online stores
Whose catalogue keeps changing and needs content that keeps up with it.
Small agencies
Handling several brands at once and wanting to hold the rhythm without hiring more people.
Solo founders
Doing everything alone and unwilling to make content a third job.
How it compares to other ways of handling content.
The ranges below are general market rates in Indonesia for equivalent work, not quotes from any named provider. The agency and freelancer figures come from publicly listed prices we reviewed in October 2026.
| Approach | What you get | Typical cost |
|---|---|---|
| Doing it yourself | Full control, but research, copy, assets, scheduling, and numbers are your own daily work. | Your time 1–3 hours per day |
| Freelance content help | Human help, but the rhythm depends on their availability. Usually without full research and analytics. | Rp 2–8 million per month (≈ USD 113–452) |
| Social media agency | A full team and hands-on support, with contracts and per-account pricing well above this. | Rp 3–8 million and up per account / month (≈ USD 170–452+) |
| Posting scheduler | Helps you schedule and publish, but research, copy, assets, and evaluation remain your work. | Tens to hundreds of thousands of rupiah per month |
| SOCIADEX OS | All nine stages run by the system, with setup and hands-on support from us at the start, and published output you can inspect before deciding. | Rp 750,000 per brand / month, early wave (≈ USD 42) |
Access opens in waves.
We are not running open sign-ups. Every brand that joins gets hands-on support while its strategy and channel connections are set up, so we open access gradually.
Rp 750,000 / brand / month
For the first wave of participants, with full setup support. (≈ USD 42 at Rp 17,700 per USD.)
Rp 1,500,000 / brand / month
Applies once the early wave is filled. Covers all nine stages. (≈ USD 85.)

Frequently asked.
Is this just another posting scheduler?
No. A scheduler handles only stages 6 and 7. SOCIADEX OS runs nine sequential stages, including research, ideas, writing, asset production, and analytics that feed results back into the next round.
Who uses it today?
It currently runs on our own channels. There are no external users yet, and we will not claim otherwise. External access opens gradually through the early-access request.
What about the AI layer?
Two decision points run on Claude Haiku 4.5 through our internal model gateway: the copy quality gate before publication, and candidate scoring before writing. Heavier reasoning remains a roadmap item.
Which channels are supported?
Facebook Pages and Threads today, connected through each platform's official API. More channels later — we only name the ones actually connected.
Do I still decide what gets published?
Yes, for what genuinely needs a human: business direction, the offer being promoted, tone of voice, and topics to avoid. Once agreed, the daily workflow runs with your approval before publication.
Is there a trial?
Early-wave participants go through an initial running period with setup support. There is no long-term contract — if it is not a fit, you stop at the end of the current period.
If the workflow makes sense for you.
